Your existing team.
Strengthened by AI.

Your team stays in control. Virtual teammates quietly take repetitive work off their desks—so your people can focus on the work only they can do.

See exactly what happens between input and approval.

Each virtual teammate has one defined role, agreed sources and clear control points. Routine work moves forward; decisions and exceptions come back to your team with the context attached.

Works from the systems and sources you approve.

Checks each task against the rules defined for the role.

Prepares the update, draft or next action.

Flags missing information and anything that needs judgement.

Returns the outcome with a clear record of the work.

What our clients say

"Our virtual team members support us reliably in the background. Yet, we still remain in control at all times."

Céline Nicod
CEO of Brixel AG, client and partner of Gridwork since the start

Start with the work. Build the teammate.

We find the repetitive work slowing your team down, shape it into one clear role, and train your teammate on real tasks — then put them to work, with clear boundaries and regular reviews.

01
Find
Role discovery

Reveal the role worth hiring for.

The Processcheck uncovers repetitive, time-consuming work and identifies the role a virtual teammate could take on.

02
Shape
Role definition

Define exactly how they will help.

We agree what they're responsible for, where the boundaries are, and what tools they'll use — then decide what they take on first.

03
Test
Pilot phase

Train together on real work.

We build the teammate and test it on live tasks, refining its output with the people who understand the work best.

04
Embed
Team onboarding

Welcome a teammate that keeps improving.

We hand over the agreed tasks and establish regular reviews to improve the role, rules and outputs over time.

Curious about your virtual team?

How it works

Your sources in. Their work out. You approve.

Your teammate reads from the systems you already use, completes one defined task and hands the result back for approval. Pricing is scoped with you during the Processcheck.

Check
Checks the task

Hand back
Returns the outcome
The virtual teammate forwards completed tasks, approvals and exceptions to the right person, along with the necessary context.

FAQs

How much does this cost?

Most first roles start from CHF 150 per month after setup. Final pricing depends on task volume, connected systems and required controls.

Is this a chatbot?

No. Chatbots wait for questions. Virtual teammates do defined jobs in the background and hand their work to a person for approval.

Do we lose control of what goes out?

No. Sending, deciding and signing always stay with your team. Every output must be reviewed first.

Can one teammate do multiple jobs?

No. Every teammate has one responsibility — that's what makes them reliable. For more complex work, teammates can work together.

Does it work with our existing tools?

Yes. Virtual Teams are built on your current setup, and there's no new platform to learn.

Is our data safe?

Yes. Everything is compliant with Swiss data protection law. Data is processed only through the systems and providers agreed with you. Each teammate receives access only to the information required for its role.

Where do we start?

With a Processcheck: a 120-minute workshop that finds where a first team member would help most.
